Zebra Motorola RS507 Flat Rate Repair Service YOU ARE PURCHASING ONE FLAT RATE SERVICE FOR Zebra Motorola MC9190 Turnaround time for a repair is normally 1-3 business days with an option to expedite the repair process. FLAT RATE SERVICE INCLUDES, 1. Clean and remove all debris from outside and inside of terminal. 2. Clean all circuit boards with ESD safe chemicals. 3. Perform complete diagnostics testing on all handheld computer devices and scanners. 4. Visually inspect all components and replace all with parts as required. 5. Inspect, adjust, clean and tighten display connections. 6. Check voltage on primary and memory backup batteries. 7. Replace all depleted lithium backup batteries with new ones. 8. Perform and run diagnostic testing on all functions of Radio Frequency. 9. Configure and recalibrate equipment to factory default specifications. 10. Clean and test 100 DAY WARRANTY ON ALL REPAIRS ALL UNITS WILL BE SET TO FACTORY DEFAULTS FOR TESTING We do offer maintenance contracts .Notice**Units are repaired for published Flat Rate prices. Devices that are severely damaged due to physical abuse or have a defective main PCB, will not qualify for Flat Rate repair and a time and materials repair quote will be created and submit it for customer approval
