When the scanners were put into "pair" mode, the Zebra app was not able to detect or connected, however when we tapped with NFC, the connection was made and the scanners functioned as expected. These scanners were able to connect to our Zebra PDA during testing; however connection to the Zebra app only worked with we tap the scanner.
