All returns must be authorized by an RMA number provided by our customer service and no shipping charges will be reimbursed.Additional charges may apply for failure to return the item(s) in the COMPLETE original packaging, in the same condition as it arrived. This includes any external boxes used, packing materials, and said packaging is not damaged, marked or otherwise not acceptable for resale.
