This item was plugged in and powered up keypad and functions change and work properly. I put a stack of bills on the tray and it would run intermittently before it would read double pass. I would have to remove the bills from the bottom tray and hit start. it might take 2 to 5 times to get through a stack of 20 or 25 bills so it is not Picking the bills up as it should. I do not have the recommended cleaning card that Cassida recommends to run through it. I did wipe the sensors off that did not change how it worked so it does run and function, but will need cleaning or repair so selling for parts or repair
