This is a Star Micronics branded 37969530 / S1YE1Y-72 Black cable to connect the drawer kick port on the bottom or rear of compatible cash drawers to the point of sale (POS) or compatible Star receipt printer This cable is 6 feet long / 72 inches with two 6-pin RJ-12 male ends. Technically, a 6-wire to 6-pin configuration is called 6P6C with a RJ-12 end, but it's commonly referred to by the similar RJ-11 nomenclature.
