Really clean backup POS thermal printer from office away from kitchen. Did not get installed in dinning room or kitchen because this unit lacked buildin supports for traditional Chinese which this restaurant required. Was used only occasionally for sales reports and tips computation. As tech support, I have seen many similar models last for 25+ years in greasy humid busy kitchens, all it needed was occasionally disassembled cleaning to get out the paper cuttings. Online search list this printer mean time failure rate at 20 years. Compatible with all TM88 accessories including power, USB, Ethernet IO boards. The fastest way to get kitchen printer working is to swap out dinning room parallel printer with kitchen Ethernet card, no need to set IP with software. I have successfully converted identical unit to support Chinese by swapping logic board on the bottom from a dropped unit. Buy it now purchase will receive tested Epson power supply.
