This is a new open product. Selling as pictured in its original factory package with manual, power adapter & ribbon. The box looks a bit distressed, but product is new w/ no prior install. This is a dot matrix (impact) printer with an RS-232 Serial port. This is one of the Epson’s older pos printer model.
