If parts are needed, for purchase, we will notify you before you pay anything. You can either send us the printer with the parts needed for repair, or we can provide the parts for you and we will give you a quote on the parts before you pay. Our technicians are experts when it comes to these printers. How it works: 1) Contact us first to describe the issue with your GX420d. 2) Upon reviewing the issue through eBay communications, we will make a determination if it is in your best interests to send us the printer for repair. 3) If we determine that you should send us the printer for repair, you will then pay for the $100 repair fee on the eBay ad. The $100 is for flat rate repair regardless of number of labor hours to complete repair. If we need to purchase parts for the printer, we will notify you before you pay. However, you can also send the printer along with the parts needed (We will give you full transparency on what may be needed if you wish to provide the parts with the printer). 4) After payment, you will mail your GX420d (along with any applicable parts) to us along with a return shipping label.
